CCCB, The Barcelona Contemporary Culture Centre is situated in the old Casa de la Caritat building in the Raval part of Barcelona. Since the opening in 1994, it is now home to many groups of independent artists, creators and programmers. The CCCB has astonishing architecture and frequently visited by both residents and tourists. Its close to the Contemporary Art Museum, Palace of Vicereine and the La Pedrera House.

The CCCB regular hosts and produces exhibitions, debates, festivals and concerts, film festivals, courses and lectures, and is most definitely an interesting visit. There’s also free entrance to CCCB on Sundays for all the family. It has a café-restaurant and a gift shop. If your plans include using public transport take L1 metro to the University spot.
